We offer refunds under the following conditions:

The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

The item(s) must be in the original condition, including packaging and labels.

Perishable items, such as live plants, must be reported for defects or damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  1. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

Sale items or clearance products

Gift cards

Customized or special-order plants

Items damaged due to improper care after delivery

Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  1. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our error.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
