During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be extended.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

We currently ship within the United States only.

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  1. Live Plant Shipping & Handling

Plants are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

Some plants may experience slight stress due to transit; we recommend allowing 1-2 days for adjustment after arrival.

If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos to request a replacement or refund.

  1. Shipping Restrictions

Due to agricultural regulations, we may be unable to ship certain plants to specific states. If any restrictions apply, you will be notified at checkout.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  1. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking information provided.
